What you'll do
You assess the applications that need nuance, within Wft duty-of-care rules and our acceptance criteria.
You document your reasoning clearly and explainably.
When in doubt, you consult a colleague or the compliance officer.
You spot patterns and think along: today's exception can be tomorrow's rule.
What you'll bring
No prior Wft requirement, no years of experience at a lender needed (though it's welcome).
Precision, humanity and a willingness to learn.
You understand a yes or no has real impact, and you handle that carefully.
You can explain why, not just what.
