Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Webfin (brand: SprayPay) is building Blue: a brand-new platform that takes us from a credit provider to a full-fledged payments player with our own wallet and app. We're looking for a CTO who doesn't just help build it, but takes co-ownership of making that ambition real.

What you'll do
You lead and coach a technical team of 5 engineers growing into ownership.
You help build Blue toward go-live on 1 January 2027, from the Delivery Capture API to the CPMS/LPMS choice.
You put development practices in place that don't exist yet: code review, testing discipline, CI/CD.
You own hosting, infrastructure and security, building toward DORA, ISO 27001 and later PCI-DSS and PSD2.
You work closely with the CEO translating product vision into a technical roadmap.
You're an AI adopter and advocate: never as a black box, always responsible and traceable.
What you'll bring
You've already made the move from developer → team lead → (engineering) manager.
University (WO) level of working and thinking.
You think explore → think → do, and dare to push boundaries.
Experience in a regulated or fast-scaling environment (fintech, banking, payments) is a strong plus.
You're patient and people-focused: coaching isn't a side task for you.
